It is with great pleasure that I write this review about Galaxy Homecare. Choosing homecare for yourself your loved one is not easy and can be quite emotional too. Everyone at Galaxy made my experience wonderful. Starting with Ben, what can I say, the best person to help you navigate during these trying times and Natalie, an absolute treasure to the company. Of course, everyone else at Galaxy as well. Their home care personnel are top notch!! I highly recommend Galaxy Home care for you or your loved one!! Thank you.

I can't say enough about the service Ben at Galaxy provided to ensure I had the best care possible for my 89 year old father who had dimentia and also took a fall recently. Ben took the time to really understand our needs as a family, given the challenging circumstances with his recent fall that immobilized my father to a degree. We were given the services of Kalu Odin whom for a month, who took care of my father like he was his own son, and I felt Kalu to be part of the family. He was absolutely attentive in every aspect and truly helped my father's recovery process. He loves what he does, and it shows with his empathy and his diligence with dad, who took a great liking to Kalu. Dad is doing much better, and I attribute that to Kalu ,Ben, and the Galaxy team!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Galaxy Home Care was for my father. They were extremely responsive to our need for an immediate Aide and the Aides that helped him were amazing! We could not have asked for more caring, knowledgable, helpful, trustworthy and overall wonderful people.

Galaxy Home Care came into my life when my mother was sent home from a SNF in no shape to be left alone. Ben explained how the agency could help. We have met many kind, caring HHA's. If I ever need to use an agency again, I would definitely contact Galaxy Home Care.

Everyone is very helpful, especially Ben Kalika, who is always available or, if he is with another client, always calls you back immediately. And, the aide who worked with my mother, Guerlyne Jean Baptiste, is a wonderful, caring and compassionate person with great skills in working with elderly people. I could not have asked for more. Dependable company. Was able to clear some hiccups along the way. Dad had excellent care until his passing. Ralph was a terrific caretaker. Ben the coordinator was very easy to reach even weekends.

Galaxy Home Care is a life savior for our family. My mom suffered a devastating stroke in December rendering her handicapped and unable to live on her own. Navigating the Medicaid/Medicare maze became my full time job yielding very little results. If it wasn’t for the super knowledgeable, compassionate and overall professional Galaxy team, I still would have no dependable home care solution for my mom. They jumped through so many hoops and made everything work. Finally, somebody had my back! Thanks to Galaxy Home Care, they found a perfect home attendant for my mom, guided me through securing supplemental at-home services for her, and continue to provide lots of support and guidance as we move forward.
